Tropical Itch-
"Cap’n” Cook has commandeered a combo of old pals from Seattle bands The Ukadelics and Lushy for an exotic adventure into the boozy waters of vintage south seas tunes and exotica lounge. A jigger of jazz, a splash of the tropics, a dash of humor all shaken together with classic stylings. The band name is curtesy of tiki cocktail pioneer Harry Yee who mixed the first Tropical Itch near Waikiki beach in 1957. When you need to escape the ordinary, this music is like a trip to the place we all really wish we were soaking up the sun, surf and sand. SCRATCH IT!!.
